Driving Directions from Interstate-5 Map
From I- 5, you'll be going on the way to & a little past Seattle Center to Queen Anne Ave & then about 1/3rd of the way up Queen Anne Hill to:
915 Queen Anne Ave N # 706
1. Take EXIT 167, the Mercer St - Seattle Center Exit towards Seattle Center. Get into either of the right two lanes & at the stop light ---
2. Turn Right onto FAIRVIEW AVE N. Get into any of the left three lanes & go one block to the T, stop-light intersection at Lake Union.
3. Turn Left onto VALLEY ST. Get into either of the left two lanes. In several blocks, at Westlake Ave, Valley St becomes BROAD ST; the Outback Steakhouse & Bonefish Grill are on the far right side.
4. Continue on BROAD ST, going under two concrete overpasses and up the hill. Get into the right lane & at the top of the hill, just after a Stop sign & before the sign saying "Space Needle - Opera House - Arena" ---
5. Bear Right onto HARRISON ST. Go one block to the T, stop-light intersection at Seattle Center.
6. Turn Right onto 5TH AVE N. Get into either of the left two lanes & go past the stop light at Mercer St one block.
7. Turn Left onto ROY ST. Tower Records used to be on the far, left side --- it's now Silver Platters; Hampton Inn is on the far, right. Get into the right lane and continue until Roy St dead-ends at a T, stop-light intersection. At the intersection, across the street is a prominent commercial sign that says "Manhattan Express"; Cafe Ladro is on the left; an undeveloped park is on the right.
8. Turn Right onto QUEEN ANNE AVE N. Go up the hill to the 1st stop-light intersection, whose cross-street is Aloha Ave. Bay View Retirement Home is on the near, left side, with a bus passenger enclosure in front of it.
My office is on the west (left) side of Queen Anne Ave N, in the 2nd building past Aloha Ave. The entrance to the building is covered by a red awning, on whose sides is painted 915.
There is no "official" parking for the building and no parking on Queen Anne Ave N. Regardless, I suggest that you park in the parking lot on the up-hill side of the building, but if you do, please park in a space next to the building, on the downhill side of the parking lot, and not in a space on the uphill side. Alternatively, you can turn on Aloha Ave and look for a parking space.
At the building entrance, you will need to enter my office number, 706, into the electronic entry system. It rings my telephone. I'll answer and buzz you in the door. I'm on the 7th (top) floor, two doors down on the right hand side as you exit the elevator.
