Please remember that I have an active probate practice, representing many Personal Representatives, beneficiaries, heirs, creditors, etc. in numerous probate estates.. Consequently, please make sure to mention the name of the Decedent, because if I am representing a party regarding his or her estate, I will need to identify and state my conflict and respectfully decline to respond to your conserns.
